Because we are committed to delivering high-quality, artisan-made products, all orders require a formulation and preparation period of up to 7 business days before they are shipped. This allows us to ensure that each piece meets our standards for beauty, quality, and durability before it leaves our hands and begins its journey to yours.

Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. In total, customers can expect to receive their orders within approximately 10 to 17 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather disruptions, or regional shipping restrictions.

We currently ship to a selection of international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the delivery location, and the selected shipping method. For international customers, please be aware that Lucid Natura is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country’s customs office; these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping total.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your package has been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase, as we cannot guarantee resolution for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
